Comfortable with audiences large and small, Holly is a skilled moderator known for creating an environment grounded in psychological safety – a promise that the team will not embarrass, reject, or punish anyone for speaking up. Her ability to create this safe space enables teams to dive in and quickly get to the heart of the work. 

She uncovers people’s hidden superpowers and helps them discover ways to put those talents to work. She leads strategic planning discussions with senior leaders and builds specific skills with smaller sales teams. No matter her audience, Holly challenges individuals to consider new concepts or consider another perspective. 

Throughout her professional career, Holly’s work has incorporated some aspect of learning. She works with organizations of various sizes; from small 20-person teams, to large, multinational Fortune 100 corporations.
